Scientific Outreach Associate

Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Scientific Outreach Associate. You will be responsible for connecting with researchers and labs, communicating the value of our tools, and helping grow our user base across the life sciences. You will manage your own outreach pipeline and work closely with the team to refine messaging and strategy.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical science, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with core research techniques: you should know, at a minimum, what PCR, flow cytometry, next-generation sequencing and single cell sequencing are.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, email tools, and online research (Google Scholar, PubMed, university lab websites).
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
Nice to Have:
- A master's degree or research experience in a wet lab or computational biology setting.
- Experience with or exposure to bioinformatics tools, even at a basic level.
- Previous experience in sales outreach, business development, scientific writing, or marketing.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management or email outreach platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
