  1. What is the level of the content offered in Clinical Odyssey?

    The level of our learning modules ranges from senior medical student level to early residency. However, the bulk of our content is targeted at (and used by) medical students.

  1. Can Clinical Odyssey be integrated into my organization’s learning management system (LMS)?

    Yes, we offer integration for a variety of LMS brands that meet the Learning Tools Interoperability 1.3 standard (LTI 1.3) or above, including: Blackboard, Brightspace, Canvas, Edmodo, Moodle, and more.

  1. How do I get my organization on board?

    Start by filling out our contact form to set up a call with a team representative. We will then work with you to better understand your specific needs and explore the Clinical Odyssey for Organizations options available to you.

  1. Are there any setup fees (or any other hidden fees)?

    No. You are charged for the number of active end users within a 30 day cycle, irrespective of which learning modules or other product functions and features have been accessed by your end users. There are no charges for the cloud-based administrative console, administration-related user accounts, MJ physician-managed discussion boards (where our clinical answers questions posted by your end users), end user performance analytics queries, new content or existing content updates, helpdesk services for technical inquiries, or how-to documentation providing guidance for using the product. Deployments on a server belonging to your organization, integrations into your learning management system (LMS), content recommendations for particular course/training curricula, in-person assistance for initial group/course setup, in-person assistance for learning to use the product, or organization-specific customizations are considered additional costs and may be billed at standard MJ hourly service rates.   1. Do you offer discounts, including bulk discounts?

    Organizations with 250 or more end users may be eligible for discounts.

  1. How easy is it to set up a 30-day free trial?

    Simply reach out to us by filling our contact form. We will then get back to you, verifying your identity and clarifying any additional questions you might have. Afterwards, we will set up your trial account so that you can test Clinical Odyssey for Organizations with your colleagues, students, and other stakeholders. Rest assured, a trial does not commit you or your organization to buying Clinical Odyssey for Organizations.

  1. What languages does Clinical Odyssey come in?

    Clinical Odyssey (and all its content) is currently available in English only.

  1. What technical knowledge do I need to set up Clinical Odyssey?

    None. Clinical Odyssey is a cloud-based, online service. Simply log in and begin using your account. If you want Clinical Odyssey running on your own server, our technical team can take care of that for you.

  1. Can I download Clinical Odyssey?

    No. Clinical Odyssey is a fully managed cloud-based, online service. Even when it is running on your own server, the service still operates from our end.

  1. What payment options do you accept?

    U.S. based institutions can pay for Clinical Odyssey via ACH transfer. Non-U.S. based institutions can pay via international wire transfer. Subject to pre-approval by Medical Joyworks, payment via credit card can also be arranged.

  1. How much does it cost to process payments?

    Medical Joyworks does not charge a payment processing cost for ACH transfers, wire transfers, or credit card payments. However, bank fees may apply on your end, including transfer fees and currency conversion fees. Please contact your bank in this respect.

  1. Which currencies do you accept?

    Currently, we only accept U.S. dollars. If you are a non-U.S. based institution, your international wire transfer or credit card payment must be converted to U.S. dollars by your bank. Please contact your bank for the applicable currency conversion rate.
